Codes give fixed amounts and are limited. With the NFSU2 Save Editor you can set any cash balance, unlock all garage slots, add Rachel's 350Z and install all 9 Outrun Unique parts. Everything runs in your browser, and you just copy the edited save back into your profile folder.
